When booking an appointment with SkaijRose you accept the terms and policies listed below
18 YEARS OR OLDER ONLY

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A valid government-issued ID is required to be checked and logged by SkaijRose, Llc at the time of the appointment. It will be stored with your electronic signature consenting to going through the tattoo procedure. You MUST be over the age of 18, no exceptions.
I do NOT issue refunds, however, I will offer free touch ups on tattoos that may need them due to no fault of the client.
I reserve the right to refuse service at any point if a client shows aggression, intoxication, and any other inappropriate behavior towards me or anyone else present.
PRIVACY POLICY
All clients are subject to photos or videos of tattoo work being taken but reserve the right to refuse for any reason. I love to post my work but your comfort is more important to me!
I will not share or sell any of your personal information including but not limited to email addresses, phone numbers, etc.
DEPOSITS
All appointments require a deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment once. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final cost.
CANCELLATION & LATE FEES
As a business, part of Skai's success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 48 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. You are allowed 1 reschedule with the same deposit, if a 48 hour notice was given. The new date must be within 30 days of the original booked date.
Understanding that things do happen, we have put in place a 15 min grace period. After 15 minutes of your booked time, if you have not arrived, you will be charged a $50 late fee. After 20 mins if you have not arrived your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. If you are going to be late to your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. We reserve the right to retain your deposit for clients who fail to show up to their appointments, without a 48 hour cancellation notice.
NO CALL NO SHOW
Clients who do not call or reschedule their appointment with the 48 hour notice will forfeit their deposit. In order to reschedule after a no-call/no-show you will be suject to a 50% deposit.
TOUCH UPS
In the event that a tattoo is damaged or drastically fades, I offer touch up sessions at little to no cost depending on the condition of the the tattoo. For example, if I can tell that a tattoo has been deeply scratched during the healing process by the client, a small touch up fee (dependent on how much damage was done) will apply. But if the tattoo fades due to an error on my end, the touch up session will be free.
PROCEDURE REFUSAL
Skai may refuse to perform procedures on clients that she deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or under the influence.Clients whom choose to change their project idea after we have received their initial deposit, are subject to being refused. Clients whom choose to use. numbing cream without the approval of Skai, are. subject to be refused. Skai in this case will keep your deposit.
ARTWORK
Desgins are not created until an appointment is made. Any revisions that stay within the idea discussed at the consultation can be made on the day of your appointment. If you change your idea, placement, concept, etc and major or excessive revisions are required, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a new deposit may be required.
REFUND
NO REFUNDS for any reason. In the unlikely event of a mistake on the artist end, it is the duty of said artist to fix it for free. There is always something we can do. Please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to find the best & quickest solution.
PAYMENT
Deposits can be made electronically via the website. Final payment made on the day of the appointment must be paid via Cash, CashApp, or Apple Pay. With electronic payment (CashApp/ApplePay) there is an additonal direct deposit fee of $2 per $100 for Applepay and $3 per $100 for CashApp payments.
GUESTS
NO EXTRA GUEST ARE ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTION
SESSIONS
If our session requires more time than you have scheduled for, you will be required to book another appointment based on our finishing needs. If we are working on a larger project you will already have an idea of how many sessions will be needed.
If you for some reason are not able to finish your session and tap early you are still required to pay the full remaining amount, and any new session will require a new deposit based on the session needed.
FOOD
Clients are recommended to eat before your session. Snacks and drinks are highly encouraged to bring. For longer sessions we will have an intermission to pause and eat.
HYGIENE
Clients are highly encouraged to wash/stay up with their hygiene prior to and after their appointments. Failure to practice proper hygiene care may result in cancellation/reschedule of appointment or infection from poor care to healing tattoo.
TRAVELS
If you are planning on vacationing, it is highly recommended to get your tattoo 2-3 week prior to your trip, or wait till after you've returned from your travels. This is crucial in ensuring a clean and properly healed tattoo.
